Product-cycle engagement brief
A shorter written brief when you already have session recordings or support notes and need them read before the next cut.
Who this is for
Teams mid-cycle who cannot host a full study but have recordings, diaries, or support excerpts they have permission to share.
What you receive
An eight-to-ten-page brief that turns existing material into decisions for the next companion-app or mirror cut.
Scope
A reading of materials you supply, two clarification calls, and a written brief. No new household recruiting.
Included
- A contents check so we refuse material we cannot legally or ethically use
- Two forty-minute calls
- An eight-to-ten-page brief with page references back to your files
Not included
- New observation
- Cleaning or storing your raw video archive
- A walkthrough longer than ninety minutes
Who runs it
Aisha Rahman writes product-cycle briefs. Mei Ling Cho reads mirror-session material; Daniel Tan reads pairing logs.
How the work proceeds
-
Intake
We list what you are sending and what we will ignore.
-
Reading
Two passes: once for events, once for the sentences people used.
-
Brief
A document you can table at a release meeting without a slide deck.
Where it happens
Written in Kuala Lumpur. Calls by arrangement.
What to prepare
Permission to share the recordings or notes. Names of householders removed unless they have agreed otherwise.
Limits we will not cross
We will not accept hidden-camera footage or recordings made without the household’s knowledge.
How we price it
From RM 6,400 for up to eight hours of recordings or two hundred pages of notes. Larger archives are quoted after intake.
