Prices start from a briefing, not from a seat
Figures below are starting points in Malaysian ringgit for work in the Klang Valley. Travel, extra households, and a Bahasa Malaysia annex are quoted after we know the mirror and the week.

What the starting figure already covers
For the companion-app engagement study, RM 18,500 covers eight Klang Valley participants, session plans, observation notes, a 12–16 page brief, and a two-hour walkthrough. Twelve participants, a trip to Penang or Johor Bahru, or a bilingual annex are not inside that number.
The on-mirror session review from RM 11,200 covers six watched sessions of one chosen flow and a six-to-eight-page note. Venue hire for a hotel bathroom or a gym letter is extra. The pairing-week review from RM 9,800 covers five households through unboxing and seven mornings. The product-cycle brief from RM 6,400 covers a reading of up to eight hours of recordings you already have permission to share, two calls, and an eight-to-ten-page document.
What changes the quote
- How many households, and whether they already own the device
- Whether we must recruit without a buyer list (usually an extra week)
- Language of the brief and of the quoted sentences
- Travel outside the Klang Valley
- Whether the firmware still needs a staff member in the room — if it does, we will not start a pairing-week review
How payment is asked
A fifty percent deposit confirms the briefing week. The balance is due when the brief is delivered, before or at the walkthrough. We invoice in ringgit from Kuala Lumpur. Deposits, cancellations, and what happens if a household withdraws are set out on the refund page.
